New User Registration

Step by step instructions on registering for S2 Portal for clients.

  1. The new user should receive a registration email from info@s2cognition.com containing a temporary password link. 

    1. The link expires 5 minutes from the time it is received by the user.

  1. Clicking on the link will take the user to portal where they can set their password.

  1. After the user sets their new password, they will receive a New User Confirmation email from info@s2cognition.com.

  1. The user will then receive another email from info@s2cognition.com to Verify their email. 

    1. This link will expire 5 minutes from the time it is received by the user.

    2. If the link expires and the verification fails when they click on the link, a new email with a new link will be sent.

  1. The user can now sign into portal using their email and password.
